Refund policy

POLICY
If you have an item/s that you would like to exchange or you’ve simply had a change of mind we are happy to issue a refund, a store credit + $10 or exchange for your item/s. All exchanges must be of the same value. All refunds will incur a $4 restocking fee/per item.  This fee will automatically be deducted from the refund amount. All store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card.

 TERMS
We have a 10 day return policy, which means your item/s must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your item. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits. Store credits are valid for 12 months and are issued in the form of a gift card. All exchanges must be of the same value. We cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

SHIPPING
Return shipping is at at the customer's expense. If you wish to exchange an item, please include a prepaid return satchel with your item. We do not offer store credit or refund for the cost of return shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for return orders that may be damaged or lost in transit.  

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, all items must be full price, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hang tags attached, and in its original packaging.

SALE ITEMS:
Items must be full priced. Sale items including site-wide discounts cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.








NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We will not accept items for return if they are soiled or damaged. Items must be free from cosmetics, deodorant, make-up, perfume, fake tan, odours and washing powder. For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns of hats, hair accessories or jewellery. If the returned item is deemed damaged or soiled by the customer - we reserve the right to deny full credit or accept the return. 

FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at witstylefashion@gmail.com if the item is defective/faulty or if you receive the wrong item. Please attach a photograph of the issue. We will offer a refund of the cost of an item and the shipping costs if upon inspection we have deemed the item faulty by the manufacturer. 

FOLLOW UP
All returned items will be inspected upon receival. If your returned item falls under the Non-Returnable Items category, the order will be returned to the purchaser.
